Prosecutors Boycotting Judge
I found this interesting story out of the state of Washington where county prosecutors are refusing to try cases before a newly-elected judge. Their reason? It appears that the judge has been actively involved in homosexual prostitution.
This is an interesting situation. Personally, I have never witnessed a District Attorney pull all of his attorneys out of a courtroom, and I wonder if such a thing could even be possible in Tennessee.
