The Duncan BBQ
For the first time in many years, I missed last night's Duncan Family BBQ in Knoxville.
I very much wanted to spend time with my friends there, especially current Congressman Jimmy Duncan and future Tennessee Senator John Duncan, III.
Of course, I have been having a wonderful week here in South Carolina with my family, and I wouldn't trade that for anything - even free BBQ, bluegrass, and friendship. (And if you had seen Leo crawl across the green of the 6th hole at Shipyard last night and put the ball in the hole and then stand by the pin, you would know how much "Da Da" loves his boy.)
