Twisting In the Wind

Check out this exchange before the Maryland Senate on the Religion Clause blog, where the anti-religion professor uses the Free Exercise Clause to argue against a gay marriage amendment.

Why use the assumption of "denying gays marriage?" That most certainly is not the question. Why should marriage in its traditional form be altered to allow homosexuals to marry? That is a more accurate question, and the answer is not only based in relgion but in evolutionary biology and sociology, as well.
