Lynn Sebourn, whom I met at the Southern Republican Leadership Conference, has the results of the budget vote from last week.
Where have all of the conservatives gone? Are there any left in the Congress?

Yes, conservatives have governed by their principles in the past, just as libertarians have governed by their principles when they supported the legalization of all drugs, sexual immorality, and the culture of death.
