Filibuster solutions from one who was blocked
Charles Pickering, former Bush nominee and currently at Baker Donelson, offers his thoughts on how to free the judicial hostages. To my Democratic friends - this issue has been carrying on for several years, so, no, conservatives aren't being reactionary or overzealous by suggesting a constitutional amendment.
